Known Fraudsters
* Harold (Gavril) Evdokimoff, a.k.a. "99"
(Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Kelowna, Kamloops,
and Debbie Hansen, a.k.a. Debbie Evdokimoff,
a.k.a. Debbie Bishop, a.k.a. Debbie Vdokimoff,
a.k.a. Deborah Hansen, a.k.a. Deborah Vdokimoff
the Okanagan and the Lower Mainland, British Columbia)
These two are the king and queen of hard luck.
According to their stories, they are so hard done by,
victims of a money-hungry ex-wife and ex-husbands,
and drug-addicted or adulterous relatives. Their loan
requests came on the heels of a friendship, where they
posed as conscientious, Christian neighbours but as
soon as the money trickle stopped, they moved away,
gave away their cell phone, and threatened the lender
with a harrassment suit for calling to arrange a meeting
to discuss terms of repayment. (Strange behaviour for a
woman who claimed to be a lawyer, and even dispensed legal
advice.
The daughter who lived with them has a Gucci purse and is
evidently well rehearsed in dealing with creditors on the phone.
The truth is that these two claim not to be able to
afford repayment, but they can afford cable, a Gucci purse,
and gambling outings worth hundreds of dollars. In
attempting to deter their creditors, they have revealed
get-rich-quick schemes as varied as selling drugs and
getting their hands on Ms. Hansen's grandmother's property.

UPDATE: After well over three years, this couple have failed
to make any payments towards a shared debt to one B.C. woman of
over $9,000.
UPDATE: According to an email from Mr. Evdokimoff's ex-wife to the address above, Harold
Evdokimoff is a deadbeat dad with debts to his children in the neighbourhood of $20,000.00.
According to the couples' previous story, Ms. Hansen's debts range above $60,000.00.
Clearly, it would be foolish to trust any promises of repayment, and the best thing is to
not lend these two money until they can clear their old debts.
UPDATE: Since this was last posted, Mr. Harold Evdokimoff has called the victim
in an attempt to get more aid with promises of repayment. He claims to have moved "six-
hundred (600) miles away" and refuses to divulge his whereabouts, as he knows that the victim
intends to serve him a subpoena. When the victim refused him further help, he threatened not
to pay, to keep the victim in B.C. against her wishes, and to harrass the victim with a lawsuit.
Ms. Debbie Hansen, meanwhile, has resorted to threats of blackmail against the victim
in an attempt to have her silenced.
UPDATE: According to Mr. Evdokimoff, the couple have split up. Harold Evdokimoff last
reported his whereabouts to be in a 600 mile radius of Vancouver, B.C.
Ms. Hansen has left no trace of her whereabouts, but is believed to still be residing
in British Columbia's Lower Mainland. As there are many "Debbie Hansen"s in this geographic
area, it should be noted that this Ms. Hansen is a white female, approx 5'2", with dark,
curly hair and blue eyes. She most often wears glasses and may be living with her daughter, Haley.
UPDATE: The victim has since found out that the pair are renowned "dine-and-dash" artists in
their old neighbourhood, and ripped-off waiters and restaurant owners there are reportedly
joining the legal effort against these two.
UPDATE: Ms. Hansen is apparently living with a new man, who, it is suspected, has fallen
prey to Ms. Hansen's hard-luck stories and may be supporting her. Meanwhile, she may be
using him to hide from her creditors. It is hoped for his sake that she does not try to
stick him with her bills as she has Mr. Evdokimoff.
